On Krishna Rejecting Them

The gopis thought,

1. Perhaps we should give up our lives, or 
2. perhaps we should fall to the ground before dear Krsna's feet, or 
3. perhaps we should be angry with Him, or 
4. perhaps we should reject Him and return to our homes, or 
5. perhaps we should drown ourselves in the Yamuna's dark waters. Then again, 
6. perhaps we should not do any of these things. 
7. Perhaps we should only seek vengeance by beating on the forehead of harsh and cruel Krsna.
